Two rounds of interview: (i) Speed interview: 2 questions, 8 minutes each (1 behavioural and 1 case study; (ii) Panel interview with hiring partner and senior consultant that went for almost 1 hour

Assume you're the managing director at an international airport. Your airport has received multiple bad reviews because of flight delays and customers not having the access to a complaint cell. How can you address and solve the issue?
You have experience and are working in federal public service which is known to be slow-paced. IBM provides a rather fast-paced environment. How do you know you can fit in?
There's an automated virtual assessment interview as part of the application, where they'll ask you to record answers for 2 questions, followed by 2 rounds of interviews with an associate, manager, or director from the team.

Question 1
How does your background align with the role you're applying for
This was a recorded interview. Mostly behavioral. Interface was simple but email assessment instructions did not describe that would be the environment. The assessment was on an online platform called Knockri.
The interview was very friendly. I was able to talk a lot about skills and experience while the interviewer was curious as well. It was both mutually interested and really good experience
