1. interview with HQ, then 2. interview with the manager. Very fast, the whole process was done in less than 2 weeks. A lot of questions on Balance sheet, Income statements and general accounting questions
I had a wonderful interview experience with IBM. The interviewer was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the exact day-to-day responsibilities of an accountant at the company in great detail. This gave me a very clear and realistic picture of the role and the team culture.
Beyond just assessing my skills, the interviewer provided highly constructive feedback and valuable advice on areas where I could improve based on my performance. Interview process was simple and straightforward. There were two stages. The first was a short introduction call with HR and the second was a interview with the managers on Teams. Questions were practical and related to real situations in the job.
