Interview
First there will be a proper coding assesment , dsa questions mainly , then shortlisted students have to give an AI powered communication test in which HR based questions like share your experience when you were stuck in a most critical situation and you showed team work and leadership.. you have to record your answer and its limit was you can speak upto 3 minutes for a particular question.
Then there was the technical interview after shortlisitng from communications, mainly focused on projects and skill set mentioned in your rresume. shortlisted students were seleced for the HR round and again typical hr questions were asked

They asked me to make them understand the project by making a flow chart and telling the approach
It was great. Technical + sales pitch. My interviewer was super nice and honest with me right off the start. It was not that long maybe 1 hour interview and it took like 2-3 weeks to hear back
The process was 2 test based steps, the first being coding the second being behavioral, then you get to talk to people. They have 2 interviews with various managers, not insanely difficult interviews, but they took a good bit to get back to you after each.
The interview process consists of three key steps: an initial online coding assessment to evaluate technical skills, a 45-minute interview with a UI Platform Specialist, and a final 45-minute interview with the hiring manager to assess overall fit, experience, and alignment with the team's goals and company culture.
