Interview
There was 1 aptitude test, then followed by two rounds of technical interview where they will ask you technical questions based on your experience and profile, then followed by an excel test. Both rounds will ask you about your resume projects and power system fundamentals.
Three rounds including HR. Very focused on prior experience and interest in working in energy consulting. Would be good to know about basics of energy and power markets. Be prepared to walk through resume in detail.
