I have been working at ICF full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Work/life balance is fantastic, health ins is okay, fair pay, and you can feel that the executive team values its workforce. They’re very transparent about the state of the business and believe their corporate culture should adapt to the needs of their employees, NOT the employees adapting to what the big wigs want. It’s like night and day after working in the federal govt for 3 years!

    Cons

Some clients can be challenging but that’s no different in other consulting firms.

    Cons

I always through coming to Olsen would be a crowning achievement in my career. Not so much. There have been 4 rounds of layoffs since November 2019. They constantly replace senior people with good, but very green junior people.
