Initial phone call with recruiter - maybe 15 minutes. Normal questions - verifying experience etc. I heard back in a two days to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. That interview was virtual. I will say the recruiter was great throughout the process, very communicative, let me know the next steps and what to expect etc. They even contacted me to let know the hiring manager was moving on with another candidate, which I'm thankful for.
