Interview
Met with the owner over lunch. It was very relaxed and friendly and low pressure. We talked for about an hour. He was very honest and precise about what he expected. I didn't have to wear a shirt and tie. We were both in jeans and t-shirt. Nothing pretentious or misleading about anything he said or did.

Question 1
Nothing I can think of really. There was no trickery or deception. Everything was straight forward. He didn't ask any cliche or weird questions. I always hate that "What is your worst quality?" question. This had to be the best interview I have ever been on.
