The interview process consisted of an HR screening round followed by a technical and managerial discussion. The discussion focused on my educational background, projects, customer-handling abilities, sales and relationship management skills, banking knowledge, problem-solving approach, and career aspirations. The interview also included scenario-based questions to assess communication skills, ethical decision-making, and suitability for a Relationship Manager role.

It was well and good and the interviewer was also nice asked some real life based questions and asked why you want to build your career in banking . And where you're seeing yourself after 5 years.
