The process began with an initial screen that focused on my background, qualifications, and alignment with the Institute's mission. Following that, I participated in a behavioral interview where the questions felt purposeful and allowed me to showcase my leadership and problem-solving skills. Next, I was invited a final interview with key individuals, Each step was well-communicated, and the scheduling process was seamless, making me feel valued as a candidate.
