The phone interview was a deal killer. One of guys giving me a technical interview asked a question and laughed my answer saying "there is no such thing." I explained how to configure it and he still did not get it. After the interview I looked it up and I was right. I am ok with him being wrong about a tech I don't think it is ok to laugh at what one views as a weakness in others.
