Gone through all round, all rounds were good except the last one manager round. There were two interviewer in each round, in managerial round he was more interested to know the reason why I left my previous organization after 5 years and said you are not loyal, if someone pays you more than us then you will leave us also. I was wondering if some one switched the first company after 5 years and still he asked me to show loyalty proofs, what should I tell him. I said because of learning and career growth I switched to new company even then he was not convinced. If you are not sure about someone's loyalty why you wasted his time in taking all the rounds and ask such a foolish question in the last. Also if you want an experienced candidate then he has to leave his current company then only he will be able to join you, why don't you take freshers only and ask them not to leave company. Otherwise there will be loyalty issue everytime.
