Contacted me through hr. Appeared for technical round through Microsoft teams. Questions were quite easy. Basically just prepare about yourself. Interviewer was quite friendly. Don't be afraid. He/ she will be speaking most of the time.

This is a two stage interview process with IHS. The first interview consisted of competency-based questions around my experience in my previous roles and how my skills and qualities contribute to to the role in question and this lasted around an hour. It was more of a discussion and the people interviewing me in the first round were very personable. I passed the first interview and got an invitation to the second interview which was the year the Microsoft teams with three client directors in the Dallas Texas. After finishing the interview I really thought about the interview went really well I had all the skills and qualities that really allied with the actual job role however I was told that I will get a a response in about a week yet I am still waiting for a response having chased the HR personnel I have not received a response and I feel like I have been ghosted by the company and the HR department. I don't understand why companies do this? It's common courtesy to give those feedback to those who took out time for the interview. And feedback would be much appreciated to see where are people go wrong so they can better improve. I honestly do you think there are too many rounds of interviews looking at previous interviews I think the interviews should be kept to around one or two maximum
