During my time it was easy. But I think now Interview process has got difficult. 3 levels of interview followed by an aptitude test for freshers.Questions were mainly from structured finance fields. Including Bonds, pricing, securitisation etc.
The first-round phone screen form HR. She asked me some questions about my experience.
The second round is a phone interview with the hiring manager. It took around 15 minutes.

I was first prompted to take a exam that included time value of money questions and GMAT type problems. After that I had three interviews on a single day with different teams within the company.

Interview
It is a lengthy interview process - you meet with 3 groups of people on the WSO team that are on different levels. I met with a total of 6 people. Most of the questions were behavioral and were repeated asked during each interview session. The vibe changes depending on who you are interviewing with. You take a quiz at the end.
