I applied online via IKEA website. Two weeks later they told me I will be contacted for an assessment date. Assessment day took four hours with lunch. Group exercise to see how we communicate, make decisions, make sure u dont sound bossy as other staff write down what u doing. Then 1.1 interview where they ask u over 20 questions based on IKEA why u want to work here, what qualities do u have, just goes on and on.......they invite u for second interview if u pass the assessment date. This is based in the UK. Good luck!!!

Very positive call with members of the management team. Felt they were very fair and friendly on the call. My availability/plans didn’t work out with the role but I enjoyed the conversation.
