They make play a game in teams and build furniture. They also do speed interviews in 10 minutes with 10 managers. If you want to have a manager role, it's a similar process with the speed interviews, there is also group interview where you act out scenarios with the other candidate. One person is the manager and the other is the employee. An example: if the employee has been late all week, as a manager what kind of conversation would you have? Then you act out the conversation with the other candidate.
Very involved process and very accurate about the job. There's alot to know to be prepared. Don't be afraid to ask questions to challenge as well as seem engaged with interviewer.
