One lady is comming, starting asking you question how do you thing about the IKEA as a whole. Then she start to asking you "do you think you can manage with the job" , "do you have previous experience" , "what salary do you expect" .. and stuff like these

Quite easy and simple interview lasted around 20 minutes. Value based question. Equallity and diversion, leading by example. During covid it was remote interview and after being approved youll get email with all details.

The hiring process goes smoothly and orderly. The waiting time for the interview was quite a while maybe because there were lots of applicants came for the job fair. But by the time I was interviewed, it goes well and good.
