The HR Manager who was running the process was unprofessional. I was called to take part in an initial phone screening. It took the manager 1 week to return my call (after i left 2 follow up calks). After the phone interview I was told I would hear if I was successful in making to the next round. I was called a week later and asked yo take part in a 1 hour phone interview that would focus on my competencies etc. I was told that i would hear from her within a week. I still havent received any call despite leaving 2 voicemail messages. As a HR professional myself I think all candidates intervirwed deserve a 30 second phone call to let them know whether they got the role or to give feedback on why the candidate was not successful. As a minimum at least return a candidates call if they call you!
