I applied online via a hunter. Then being approached after a week, check my working experience and interest in the job itself. Partially we talked in English, then switched to Chinese. Later on the same day, the complete JD was sent to me with IKEA's name (it's anonymous before). And I was informed that IKEA was interested in me too and would contact me in the following week. I received the call in the following week and was briefed with some company scope etc. general information. They propose to interview in person two weeks later. I am waiting now...
