I applied online. I interviewed at IKEA (Delft) in Jun 2024
Interview
The interview process consisted of multiple stages: first, a meeting with two People and Culture team members; second, an interview with the hiring manager and team lead that included a case study; third, a brief online personality test; and finally, another interview with a People and Culture representative. The team was very accommodating—they conducted most interviews online due to my travel schedule and invited me to the office for the final round. Although I reached the final stage, they ultimately selected a candidate whose experience better matched their requirements (experience with e-learning authoring tools and background in adult learning theory). I was very grateful that they appreciated my design background and gave me the opportunity to complete the full interview process, even though my experience wasn't a perfect match for the job description.

Question 1
If we would call your best friend, what would they say that you are really good at and what do you maybe need some help with?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at IKEA (Norristown, PA) in Sep 2018
Interview
Very well organized, they use the STAR system and type in your answers while you are answering which made me nervous. They have HR and then the hiring manager interview you after an initial telephone screening. Make sure you are ready with your situations and results!
