Contacted by talent acquisition very quickly after submitting CV to schedule first round interview. Interview was online with head of legal and a notetaker and was mostly general questions asking about my experience and CV. Overall I really appreciated how quick and efficient the process was (no ghosting or unnecessary waiting). I got a phone call from talent acquisition a week later saying they hadn't progressed me but she gave very detailed interview feedback without me having to ask. Even though I was unsuccessful it gave me a very good impression of the company!
