First step after the CV:
Attitude test online, several quantitative closed questions with short amount of time. It requires logical reasoning and speed in reading graphs. Then you have to do a videogame, which determines your psicological attitudes. Quite interesting!

The videgame is about memory and reflex. I scored really bad in my attention and concentration, a must for a trader.
Fun, series of brainteasers followed by lots of HR questions about my motivation to apply of rthe job. Was asked how sure I was about my answer as well. Interviewer was very nice, and emphasised that accuracy was more important than speed.

What is your favourite thing to do outside of academics?
Quite hard, had 15 question oa followed by a behvarioual. Wasn't really ready for the resume screening/behaviours, had a couple situation questions that asked about what you do in a situation with a bad boss etc
