Selectieprocedure van 5 stappen. Tijdsintensief maar zeker aan te raden. Eerste 2 stappen zijn schriftelijk gevolgd door een telefonisch gesprek. Hierna vindt een (online) assessment day plaats. Indien geslaagd voor voorgaande stappen gaat men naar de finale assessment.

Interview
The process was straightforward and efficient. It consisted of two main stages: a preliminary phone screening with the HR department to verify my background and language skills, followed by a formal interview with the HR Manager. The conversation focused on my previous experience and my current Master's studies. The feedback was quick, and the onboarding process was smooth.
