Interview
The inteview process was completely outsourced. It was quite disconnected and weird experience. I didn’t get any useful feedback, and my questions weren’t answered. Also the response times were very long, usually more than a week.
Firstly it was a test. Couple of months later I've had a call with manager and later with direct product owner. It has taken 2-3 weeks for final answer and enrollment.

Question 1
First question was about data and how you process it in models in a typical way.
The process had several rounds. It comprised an initial online tech assessment (some multiple choice questions and a sql and python exercise), HR chat, personality interview, case study and one final chat.
The case study was a take-home assignment to be discussed in an hour interview.
Overall they were professional and kind.

The interview process was smooth and well-structured, with technical questions that gradually increased in difficulty. This approach made the discussion feel comfortable, engaging, and gave me the chance to showcase my skills step by step.
