IPL (Indiana) interview questions

Phone Interview was easy but came off cold and robotic. Interviewer repeated same word after every one of my answers to her questions, basically confirming I answered what was on the checklist. I felt she did not comprehend the English language completely. In person interview was with a panel of individuals (about 5 people). Didn’t bother me, but was a little let down that I was not given this information ahead of time. I was initially informed I was interviewing with one person. The panel asked decent questions and said I would be hearing from them about a week after the interview either way. Six weeks have gone by, after 1 follow up on my part, and I haven’t even been sent a “thanks by no thanks”.
