I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IQVIA (Bengaluru) in May 2016
Interview
It was a one day process but it took 20 days for them to roll out offer. Also, they asked me to come again just for a general round with Senior Manager which could have been done over the phone as well.
They have such slow paced process that you will not expect offer letter from them.
