Very informal and friendly. Met the regional head. Was very direct about the expectations. I acknowledged I would not be working in lab and that this was more of an office job. Still I was interested in the contact with research sites and access to study protocols for new molecules

Un premier contact avec une RH, très sympa, puis j'ai été invité à faire un "entretien" HireVue (personne en face, des questions sont posées à l'écran). Suite à cela, j'ai reçu un mail pour faire un entretien de 30 minutes avec les managers, ce qui est court pour évaluer une entreprise/équipe (à peine le temps de poser des questions). Quelques jours plus tard, j'ai reçu un mail automatique (!) indiquant que je n'étais pas retenu pour le poste. J'ai demandé à avoir un vrai feedback, je n'ai jamais eu de réponse.
