Interview
There is an initial interview over the phone with the basic behavioral questions and basic background questions to determine if you are remotely qualified for the position. I think the inquiries were too basic to learn much about the applicant that wasn't already obvious after having read the resume. Failed the subsequent in-person interview.
Where do I begin on this one? This was by far the most unprofessional recruiter I’ve ever dealt with in my life. To start, the phone interview barely lasted 10 minutes. She had the worst attitude, and she was typing my responses so hard I could hear them through the phone! Even though the salary range was posted for the position, she informed me that they can only pay about 3k over the low end of the salary range. After all of this, she then asked me to fill out and return to her Pre-Screen Questions: Contract Performance Solutions. These are all questions she could’ve asked, but it’s just lazy recruiting as no one wants to do anything anymore.
Overall, it was a terrible experience. This person should not be a Manager, Talent Acquisition. It was one of the worst talent acquisition experiences I’ve ever had. Also, I never heard anything back after the interview.

Interview
I only had the HR screening call. Starting from the beginning of the call, her attitude was not very friendly and she only asked questions that required a yes or no answer. It seems like she didn't care to get to know the candidate sincerely. The salary range given was 55k-90k in the job description, but in the call, she said the position was only priced at 60k which is not aligned with the post.

Interview
Panel Interview simple. Shouldn't have been as long as it was. One interviewer was kind of rude but tried to cover it up. Nothing else to say about the interview but seems like a clean company.
