Had a phone interview with a recruiter then a skype interview with the hiring managers a week later. I received an offer a month later. They mostly asked behavioral questions, "name a time when..."

Interview
The first interview was all about you recording videos of yourself answering questions and a few written answers. It felt very impersonal and limited amount of time for each answer as well as only 2 takes (and you can't pick between them) makes it very stressful.
