Horrible experience!!..was more like a cattle call with overly self important callers. They left me waiting downstairs for over an hour. No one knew what was going on. Another applicant in my group waited for almost 2hours, no one had her name, and the receptionis just left her there. She ended up walking out
O processo foi simplificado, ocorreu via Teams, primeiramente com o RH e em seguida agendado com o gestor da área. As perguntas foram todas voltadas para a posição e os desafios dela. Foram realizadas perguntas em inglês.

Un premier contact avec une RH, très sympa, puis j'ai été invité à faire un "entretien" HireVue (personne en face, des questions sont posées à l'écran). Suite à cela, j'ai reçu un mail pour faire un entretien de 30 minutes avec les managers, ce qui est court pour évaluer une entreprise/équipe (à peine le temps de poser des questions). Quelques jours plus tard, j'ai reçu un mail automatique (!) indiquant que je n'étais pas retenu pour le poste. J'ai demandé à avoir un vrai feedback, je n'ai jamais eu de réponse.
