Spoke with Recruiter, and phone coverage interview went well.
Spoke to hiring manager and according to the recruiter the manager is looking for someone with more technical experience. They are looking for the perfect candidate which doesn't exist.

Pretty quick and straightforward interview. HR phone screening followed by interviews with Product Support Manager, Client Services Manager, and Client Services Director which totaled 2.5 hours. There were no case studies.
