I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at IQVIA (São Paulo, São Paulo)
Interview
Interview in two stages: First stage: with the HR (very nice and attentive people). Second stage – interview with 3 managers: During the interview they asked common questions such as what were your experiences, what do you expect from the job, where do you expect to be in 5 years, difficulties encountered in the last job. However, everything that was asked in the interview was absolutely nothing related to what was described in the job description. The manager asked to perform a simulation call where she impersonated an angry consumer who demanded her rights. The entire interview focused on customer service and nowhere in the job description was asking for this type of task. It was a huge description with multiple requirements and none of them talked about it. Another important point: the managers seemed to be completely unaware of the local laws where the worker was going to carry out his activities, including the labor laws concerning the workloads. After the interview, no further feedback was given by the company.

Question 1
what were your experiences, what do you expect from the job, where do you expect to be in X years, difficulties encountered in the last job.
El proceso es muy largo. El examen de ingles es muy incómodo con un tercero. Las entrevistas con RRHH y los managers están bien, con un poco de inglés pero fáciles.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at IQVIA

Friendly, open and comforting. The team really listen to what you say and are helpful in describing some elements of the job that might be new to you. Highly recommend
