Met with talent person and hiring manager. Short interviews on both sides. Generic questions that weren't too probing or thought provoking. The questions were mostly as expected so no real surprises.
The hiring process consists of three rounds: an assessment round, followed by an interview questionnaire round for shortlisted candidates, and finally an HR interview round for candidates who successfully clear the previous stages.
