1st round: amcat test
2nd round:direct interview if candidate qualified 1st round.
Interview process is smooth.Basic question will be asked from pharmacovigilance like signal detection, causality assessment, MedDra coding,labelling etc
El proceso es muy largo. El examen de ingles es muy incómodo con un tercero. Las entrevistas con RRHH y los managers están bien, con un poco de inglés pero fáciles.

Primera entrevista virtual con inteligencia artificial en inglés, grabandote respondiendo preguntas.
Segunda entrevista virtual con managers, donde te hacen las mismas preguntas que en la primera entrevista.
Tercera entrevista con profesor de inglés, para testear nivel de inglés.
