On-demand interview platform, very convenient. You are given 4 days to prepare and during the interview they also allow you time to think for each question. The questions were easy and friendly.

Interview
There are two parts of the interview - video where you record yourself answering some general questions and if you pass it - video call with the recruiters. The first part is very inportant and many do not make it past it, so prepare well. The second is like a typical interview for entery level position at clinical research.

Tell us about a time in your current job when difficult situation occurred and how did you resolved it?
The first interview was an on-demand video interview on a specific website. The questions have a time limit to think and then a time limit to finish recording. For example, 1 minute thinking time and then 2 minutes recording time. Some questions were a video recording and others typed answers with a specific character limit. Overall, it was an okay experience.
