Interview
The interview process was smooth and the interviewer was calm and welcoming. The panelists had good knowledge and all the questions asked were technical based on the previous role. It lasted for 1 hour and covered everything from my intro to their intro, their questions and my questions and expectations. Overall it was very good. The HR was very responsive and highly supportive. Overall it was the best experience

Question 1
Regarding custom functions : datetime function and accessing data points.
Someone scheduled an interview and then canceled it on the calendar, citing "the position was closed". No human interaction other than the original scheduling email. This is not my first disappointing experience with IQVIA’s hiring process. I have faced multiple issues, including recruiters calling for the wrong person and instances where I was contacted, only to be told shortly after that I was unqualified. The process has been consistently disorganized.
