One-way. I was asked to prepare a presentation and business case to grow the business. I wasn’t afforded the opportunity to ask anyone any questions. Literally, I applied, had one 30 minute HR screen (am I a US citizen, etc) and received this assignment. I didn’t know who I was presenting to; what they were open to; what they’ve already done; where they stood, etc. I like the challenge but steps were missed and it was impossible to be successful. As shown by who was hired and who lasted 6 months.
