I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ISN Software (Dallas, TX)
Interview
Began the recruiting process at the College I attend. There was a 30 minute interview with very basic and simple questions. They are looking to see if you fit in the company culture. From there, we were notified within a few days that the second round of interviews would be in Dallas, Texas at their location. They flew each of us to Dallas, we all had a room at hotel ZaZa (very expensive) then the first night there was a casual meet and greet. Meet as many people as you can, because they are the ones who will be interviewing you. The next morning was interviews and this was a long process. There were about 7 speed dating style interviews and each one lasted about 5-7 minutes. Very typical questions. The next part was a panel where you can just ask questions to past people. This is not something you HAVE to ask a question on so don't feel obligated. Finally, there was a presentation and you have 2 minutes to say what you need. This is so they know you can present without choking under pressure.

Interview
I experienced on-campus recruiting when I met ISN at the Business Career Fair at Oklahoma State. Then, I applied online, attended a company meet & greet, and had a 15 minute first-round interview. Next, I got invited to the second round interview which is a two-day process in-office at ISN in Dallas.

What would you include on your resume if you had to fit it onto a 3 by 5 index card?
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ISN Software (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2023
Interview
Both days of the interviews were busy, but very beneficial. We learned a lot about ISN on day one through presentations and tours, and we were able to meet some of the employees after at the reception. Day two was more formal through interviews and giving our presentations. I learned so much more about ISN and the culture behind it. I am very grateful for the experience.

Question 1
I was asked multiple questions throughout the different interviewers, but one that stood out to me was to explain a time where I faced a tough customer who was unhappy. I had a few of these experiences when I was a retail intern in the previous summer for TechTronic Industries. This stuck out to me because I have never been asked that before, and they asked how I handled it.
