The interview process happened in two phases:
Phase One: On campus interview, lasting roughly 20-30 min. My interview was more of a conversation and didn't really consist of that many standard interview questions. I met with one individual in management and had a brief talk with someone who was in a lower position (recent grad from my school)
Phase Two: If they liked you enough they bring you to the headquarters in Dallas, TX. They also brought down roughly 90-130 others from different schools to participate in the process. There is a happy hour to just talk to current employees and management and also a day devoted to the interviews. Interviews consisted of three parts: Q/A panel with people in entry and one up from entry level, Classroom to learn more about the company as a whole, and Speed Dating Style Interviews with Management. Even though it was Speed Dating interviews, you were able to talk with all of the management team, including Executive Management.
Very similar to the way Greek Life evaluates their pledges and how rush works.
Overall a very fluent process.
