I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ISN Software (Calgary, AB) in Jul 2023
Interview
Had 4 separate interviews, all with different people. Made the process really choppy. The final in-person interview was super unorganized and again, because it was with 3 new random people you were not aware you'd be chatting with since you were told it would be with other people, this made it a lot more difficult. The final interview includes a quick presentation of about 2 minutes but that part is super easy and fair, fine activity compared to all the other case studies I've had to do before for other interviews. Apparently I did not receive an offer do to my lack of brevity in answering interview questions and my commitment being questionable... which I'm pretty sure is discrimination and not a valid reason to not hire someone but dodged a bullet if that's the case!

Question 1
What would your previous manager say that you need to improve on?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ISN Software (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2026
Interview
I applied through LinkedIn. 4 stages of the interview process: Video pre-screening where 5 questions are asked and you have 2 takes to answer, HR Assessment with a real person that is about 45 minutes, 1st Round interview with supervisor for this role, Final interview which is a 2-day in-house interview at Dallas headquarters. In house days consisted of one day getting to learn about ISN and the office and a second day to complete speed-dating like interviews (I had 7 seven minute interviews) and a 2 minute presentation introducing ISN, ISNetworld & its benefits for contractors. The process is long but you get a real understanding of what you're getting yourself into. I immediately accepted when I was offered the job.

Interview
The interview process was an awesome experience, and the in-person interview was filled with speed interview rounds, shadowing, and presenting. Everyone there was extremely kind and it was a very positive experience.

Question 1
How do the things from your resume apply to the role?
I applied online. I interviewed at ISN Software (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2025
Interview
First round is recorded video interview. Slightly awkward as you are talking to your computer, I found the questions to be standard and straight forward if a little unoriginal. I never got to speak with a real person and communications were professional but impersonal.
