I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ISN Software (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2024
Interview
The interview process was a “speed-dating” type style, where you have 7 interviews with 7 different ISN representatives. They mostly ask you where you’re from, about yourself, your strengths and weaknesses, what you’re looking for in an internship, what you know about the company, and your school/work experience. Don’t be surprised if they ask you about a time where you came in contact with an unhappy customer, I recommend thinking of times where that’s happened and then jot it down and practice. Be yourself, and be confident in your answers!

The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ISN Software (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2026
Interview
I went to their headquarters in Dallas for a two day in-house interview for the Business Development Intern role. First day was a company overview and tour. Second day was a 2 minute presentation and 7 interviews with 7 minutes each. The culture was incredible and they were extremely welcoming! They made a great impression.
There were 2 people interviewing you, and they asked about 3 questions. It was on Zoom, and after the interview, they would ask if you had any questions for them before they ended it.
