phone interview followed by face to face

I first had a phone interview and then a 1 on 1 interview. Both interviews were you basic interview questions. The 1 on 1 interviewer was not organized. When I asked what a typical week would be like, he could not give me any specific information. This was one of the reasons why I decided not to go any further in the interview process. The other was compensation. They will not tell you the salary range until you give them a number.
