Apr 28, 2023 - Engineer in Troy, OHRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Easy work since engineering is outsourced overseas, very little micro managing since everyone is overworked and can't pay attention to your contributions. Very flexible work schedule. Sometime the companies provides hot dogs and cookies as a sign of thanks.
Cons
There is favoritism/discrimination by Race and "Diversity". Getting promoted does not mean you'll get a pay increase.
