IVL Global interview questions

First-Round Interview Usually with a technical lead or hiring manager. Focuses on technical skills, problem-solving, and sometimes scenario-based questions. Could be remote or in-person. Second-Round / Deep-Dive Interviews Multiple rounds with different team members. Can include: System design or whiteboard exercises (for technical roles). Behavioral questions ("Tell me about a time when…"). Role-specific problem solving. Sometimes includes a pair programming session or hands-on demo.

Attended 2 rounds of interview. 1st round was a Technical Interview round Questions on Core Java, Spring Boot and Microservices. 2nd round was a Technical and HR round execution of Program and HR discussion.
