Icon Solutions interview questions

A senior developer interviewed me, covering both technical and process-related topics. They asked about how I work, specifically how the team communicates and coordinates during development. There were questions about microservices deployment and communication. They also asked about testing practices. On the technical side, they quizzed me on Java 8 concepts, including the use of Optional class, the differences between Collections and Streams, and concurrency-related topics.

Really swift interview process. Meeting with several members of the team and a test to ensure you are the right fit for the role and the company. Final stage is meeting with seniors management. Overall great interview progress.
