Thanks for contacting us.
So far, you have been unknowingly interacting with a fraudulent individual (or) group of fraudulent individuals. They create replicas of websites of reputed companies and correspond using highly similar email IDs (an example is mentioned below in this email). They claim to be recruiters / recruiting agents of these companies. They conduct several rounds of interviews, just to get you more involved and to make the whole process look authentic. Once they know you are highly interested in the offer, they demand payment as training fees or safety deposit, which will be reimbursed to you at the time of joining. Mostly the job offer is accompanied by a time limit, to pressurize you to make the payment without doing any verification. This malpractice has come to our attention. We have initiated police and legal action.
As per our best knowledge, no reputed company asks job seekers to attend a training program prior to joining, and/or demand payment for the same. Training is typically done only after all the joining formalities have been completed, and companies rarely charge their employees for training them. At Ideas2IT, we do not require our job applicants to undergo any special training or demand ANY payment for the same.
Our advice on this matter is therefore not to make the payment. If you have made the payment, you could register a complaint with the police, as it would help in getting these people arrested.
To be careful in the future, please trust information only from a genuine website and inspect the URLs closely. For example, our website is www.ideas2it.com (and not www.ideas2lt.com). Please closely examine the email IDs of the sender too. Our email IDs end with "@ideas2it.com" and not "ideas2lt.com". This simple step of caution will help you stay safe from fake job offers.
Please stay vigilant and safe.
P.S.: To apply for a job with us, please log on to www.ideas2it.com/careers. Our hiring is based purely on merit; we do not charge a fee at any stage of our recruitment process. And we are not legally obliged to honor any such job assurances made by third parties.
