I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Prescott, AZ) in Apr 2016
Interview
Applied online. Received a phone call to schedule an interview a month later. Had two interviews at the store. Had to wait at least a half-hour at the store for both, as they scheduled the interviews during the lunch rush. When the managers finally came out to interview me, they were friendly, but anxious to get back to the kitchen. Smile a lot, ask some questions about their own experiences at INO, hide your tattoos and you'll do fine.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How would you clean the dining area? (I was applying mainly for the clean-up crew)
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Windcrest, TX)
Interview
The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
I applied online and they asked why I wanted to work at In-N-Out burger (250 character limit), They emailed me a week or two later and set a date for a interview.
