Interview
Very easy to understand and straight forward. Looking for a lot of Key Words like "Team Player" etc. It was not hard to know what they needed. I recommend listening to when they emphasize on a single word and then understand that these are the keys they are looking for.
Very calm and easy, questions regarding customer service experience and transportation. They also asked about availability, went over overall pay and what work would look like on an average day.
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.

They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
