There are three interviews, sometimes 2.
The first is a group interview, the second is a personal interview, and the third is with the head manager.
Walk in with a big smile. Be polite and respectful, they are looking for well mannered individuals. Talk about how much you love working with other people, and that you thrive in a fast paced environment. If this isn’t true, than it’s better to not apply.
If they ask you about a conflict you’ve had at the last job, make sure you emphasize on how you resolved it.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Have I ever had a conflict with a customer at a past job
Very calm and easy, questions regarding customer service experience and transportation. They also asked about availability, went over overall pay and what work would look like on an average day.
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Windcrest, TX)
Interview
The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
