I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger in Aug 2010
Interview
It was a very pleasant experience. I talked directly with the store manager at the location I wanted to work. It was not a very long process with general interview questions. ex) Why do you want to work here? What can you bring to the team? Strengths and weaknesses? Etc. Overall very efficient.

Question 1
It was a general interview. No unexpected questions were asked.
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Windcrest, TX)
Interview
The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
I applied online and they asked why I wanted to work at In-N-Out burger (250 character limit), They emailed me a week or two later and set a date for a interview.
