I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Palm Desert, CA) in Dec 2014
Interview
I applied online for 2 different stores SEVERAL times & went on interviews several times. I've been on average 2 interviews at a time. Also I'm a former associate & I KNOW the ropes at a In-N-Out job. Last time I tried getting a job there, my 1st interview was with the general manager and he seemed pretty friendly and invited me to go on a second interview. I thought the 1st interview went OK, not great. A week later I went on the 2nd interview with a shift leader type associate. I thought the 2nd interview went well. After the interview, I was told within 7 days they might call me but if I haven't received a call, it is not likely I'll be hired. Well, it's been over 7 days now and no phone call! Why can't they rehire a former associate!?
The interview process was pretty easy, they wanna make sure you smile and that you can treat customers well. They also look for if you are well groomed and ultimately, if you are someone who can articulate yourself well.

Question 1
They asked me how could I make a great impact there.
It was pretty good, though they made me wait a bit long. I got in and they asked me about myself and past experiences. They asked about my availability and why would Iw want to work at this company.
